Do you post alcohol to my door?
We include a variety of alcoholic beverages within our boxes and under the Liquor Control Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 ( Penalty exceeds $7000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive Liquor the penalty exceeds $600. Please ensure there is someone home over 18 years and available to receive the box.
What is your returns policy?
Just Because Gifts don't do refunds or exchanges for a simple change of mind, however if you receive the incorrect item or the item is deemed faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and we will assist you with a refund or exchange.
How is my item packaged?
If your purchasing a gift box on its own for DIY purposes the boxes will be flat pack for protection against damage in transit.
If your purchasing a gift box with items inside, the box will be filled with white shredded paper for our items to sit on. Any breakables such as glass etc will be bubble wrapped and come as one unit (if there is more than one breakable inside the box) to prevent any damage during transit. You will have to re-arrange the box upon delivery.
Third Party Products
All the products included in our boxes are made and packaged by third parties. We reserve the right to not be held responsible for any circumstance regarding these products.
How long will my item take to arrive?
UPDATE: As we await the arrival of our first baby, there will be some delays in processing your orders. Please allow 7 days from ordering for us to process/make the order, and then postage on top of that. Thanks in advance for your patience.
Whilst we try our hardest to get your box out in the quickest time frame we can there are sometimes unavoidable delays that are out of our control. We will keep you up to date with all the times and give you tracking numbers. However, as a general rule of thumb we would allow a minimum of 7 days for regular post to most major cities in Australia.
